How it works
1. Select a time
Medicspot's doctors are available 7 days a week, including bank holidays. You can get seen between 9am-9pm on Monday-Saturday and 9am-6pm on Sunday.
2. See a doctor
You will need a mobile device with a camera and microphone as well as a good internet connection. Then just find a quiet place to talk and you're all set to see the doctor.
3. Collect your prescription
Your private prescription can be collected from our pharmacy following your video consultation.

Changes to our operations and service

Dear customer  please bear with us and be kind to our staff. We have been exceptionally busy and re-organising our services to provide the best possible service.  

  • Only 1 customer (or family) allowed into the pharmacy at a time.
  • Please queue outside with 2m gap between each person.

We will be restricting numbers entering the pharmacy so you may have to wait outside. You must then stand well away from the counter and away from other people.
